• Search, select and add multiple co-authors to documents.

• Feedback - Members provide feedback on other user's documents and/or responses to postings. Feedback helps shape a participant's reputation and improve the quality of knowledge content.

• Teams Module - Allows for group collaboration, by allowing team members to share information with other team members within private forums.



• Restricts users who are not apart of teams from entering team forums.
• If two or more users are collaborating on the document, each user can lock a document so it cannot be changed while they are working on it. Locking signifies that the document is in use and should not be changed until after it is unlocked.
• Team members can publish their group documents to the main community site.

• Knowledge Alerts - Users select forums or areas of interest and subscribe to be alerted of relevant information that is added to their areas of interest. Tribute sends users email alerts about new documents, comments on documents, new postings, responses to posts and more.
