The Knexa FasTrak Implementation
methodology has been developed to assist you in your
implementation process. This kit provides both a
guideline and source of documentation tools to
successfully complete each of the implementation
"Traks". The FasTrak Implementation Plan is based on a
team approach to the project in which both your
organization and the Knexa team have a project manager
and team members.
The eight Traks of the FasTrak
Implementation methodology represent activities
undertaken during an implementation project. Traks can
be undertaken simultaneously depending on the resources
available. The underpinning of each successful project
is project management to ensure that the goals and
